In 2001 I saw the first kiteboarders and I was thrilled right away!
I asked one of them whether I could try it and he said that I could take his gear, when there’s not enough wind for him.
A few months later I got my own 2 Kites and I shaped my first board with a friend.

After winning my first competition in 2002 I sold all my windsurf - equipment and went only kiting.
