After a great first day the 2nd day there war almost no wind at all. In the afternoon it slightly picked up and I went for an upwind cruise with my Speed 3 Deluxe 19m and the racedoor. Incredible, how it runs upwind … after that we did a few funraces. I came in 2nd on the first race and 3rd on the 2nd so that was it for me. It was a heat – system similar to boardercross. Anyways … there were no points for it at all so it doesn’t really matter.

Today we had great winds and could run the freestyle single elimination of the PKRA Qualifier event. I was preset for the 2nd round and made it to the 3rd. There I met a young kid from Japan that was riding really well. I thought it was close but anyways I didn’t advance in the last round. Still, I am happy for the kid since he was very nice and friendly.

Now I am off for a massage, great food and some party!!
